Terms of Service

North East Poker is a community-driven platform for poker listings, venue information, ratings and poker-related tools. It is not a gambling operator and does not operate, supervise or control the venues or tournaments listed.

Listings and schedules

Event information may be supplied by venues, tournament directors or other third parties and can change at short notice. Players should confirm important details with the venue or organiser before travelling.

Venue and tournament information

North East Poker aims to keep listings useful and accurate but cannot guarantee dates, start times, formats, structures, guarantees, fees, late registration, payouts or cancellation information.

Ratings and reviews

The app may display ratings and comments submitted through the main website. North East Poker may moderate or remove content that breaches community standards or appears abusive or manipulative.

Poker tools

The ICM Calculator, Payout Calculator and Blind Structure Creator are informational tools. Outputs depend on the information entered and the assumptions or model selected. Tournament directors remain responsible for checking and communicating the final figures used in an event.

The ICM tool includes standard ICM and an adapted trial min-cash model. Users are responsible for choosing the approach appropriate to their tournament.

Third-party services

Links to venue sites, social media or map services are outside North East Poker's control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North East Poker is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or changed event information, travel costs, disputes between players and venues, or reliance on calculator outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
